Welcome To Sushi House Franchise Homepage
What is offered our partners
To help our franchisees grow their business, we can offer qualified franchisees territory reservation agreements, signed contracts that hold designated geographic areas for franchisees to expand their business over a predetermined period.
Value creation by offering high quality sushi made with fresh ingredients at a great price.
Sushi House's initial costs are very competitive and the fees associated with franchising mark is modest. We demand of our graduates who want to open a shop to have a net worth of 150,000, with a minimum of 50,000 in liquid, unencumbered assets (like cash). Franchisees must also be able to obtain funding to cover the total cost to open a franchise location.

Generally, the Europeans do not know what is really in a sushi, and many think sushi is just raw fish - but raw fish is actually sashimi, not sushi. This erroneous view of what sushi is has left many Europeans reluctant to try sushi as an appetizer. Still others have no idea what sushi is, or why it is so expensive, and popular, and considered a delicacy.
Although many think sushi is raw fish, it is important to note that the sushi does not even contain fish at all. Granted, seafood, especially raw or salted fish is one of the most popular ingredient in sushi, but it is not necessary.
Sushi is actually characterized by a slightly sweet, sticky rice, made with a sweet vinegar and rice combination, usually seaweed, called nori, and then the ingredients are placed in the center and the rice and seaweed is wrapped around the ingredients in a cylindrical roller.
Some possible ingredients for a sushi include fish (boiled, fried, raw or cured), seafood, and both raw and steamed vegetables. In America, other ingredients can be found in restaurants, including cuts of beef, avocado, pickled cucumbers, sweet peppers, cheese and more. As you can see, while sushi may contain raw fish, sushi itself is not actually raw fish. Once you realize this, you can probably find a sushi version that suits your tastes and try real sushi, not to worry about eating raw fish (sashimi).
I was fortunate to meet and talk with a retired sushi chef, Tad Ko, who has prepared sushi in both Japanese and European restaurants. Chef Ko told me that sushi is traditionally believed to be a Japanese delicacy, actually has its origins in China. After researching this claim, I discovered that several websites have confirmed that sushi was introduced to Japan by the Chinese people in the 7th century.
